Fingerprinting Boot Camp – Terms & Conditions

By registering for the Fingerprinting Boot Camp hosted by ASK Business Solutions / OnPointe Alliance ("we," "our," or "us"), you ("Participant") agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Program Overview

The Fingerprinting Boot Camp is a 4-day hybrid training designed to teach participants how to launch and operate a fingerprinting business using FBI-compliant ink card techniques. The program includes hands-on instruction, a certificate of completion, business resources, and post-training support.

2. Eligibility

Participants must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to start and operate a business in their respective state or country. No prior experience or license is required to attend.

3. Certification Disclaimer

We do not claim that certification is legally required to provide fingerprinting services. Certification requirements vary by state, agency, or client.
It is solely your responsibility to verify any applicable licensing, certification, or compliance requirements in your jurisdiction.
Our certification reflects completion of our professional training and may serve as proof of skills or training for agencies or clients that require such documentation.

4. Payment & Refunds

* Full payment is required at the time of registration.

* Early bird discounts and bonuses apply only to registrations completed before the stated deadline.

* All sales are final. Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable under all circumstances.

* By accessing any portion of the training platform or materials, you forfeit the right to request a refund or transfer.

This strict policy protects the intellectual property and digital nature of the training.

5. Conduct

We maintain a respectful, safe, and harassment-free learning environment.
Disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior (in person or online) will result in immediate removal without refund or recourse.

6. Intellectual Property

All training materials, templates, and resources are proprietary assets of OnPointe Alliance Fingerprinting Solutions and are protected by copyright.
They are provided solely for the participant’s personal business use.
You may not copy, resell, share, distribute, or use any materials for commercial training purposes without written permission.

7. Media Release

By attending, you grant OnPointe Alliance the unrestricted right to record, photograph, or film your participation.
You authorize the use of your image, voice, or likeness for marketing, promotional, or educational purposes without compensation or notification.

8. Technology & Supplies

Participants are responsible for:

* Ensuring reliable internet access and appropriate technology if attending virtually.

*Staying up-to-date on email or text communications before, during, and after the training.
* In-person attendees will receive supplies on-site; virtual attendees will have materials shipped or made available digitally, as applicable.

9. Limitation of Liability

*We are not liable for your results, decisions, or business outcomes after completing the training.
*We do not guarantee income, clients, or business success.

* All content is provided for educational and informational purposes only, based on industry best practices.

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute or disagreement relating to this training:

* Both parties agree to first seek an informal resolution in good faith.

* If unresolved, the matter shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the state of Texas, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

* Each party shall be responsible for their own legal costs.

* By agreeing to these terms, you waive the right to a trial by jury or participation in a class action lawsuit.
